Yes, I know about this one. The picture was
taken out near the sign for A/G HQ.
FYI: It was a real windy day.
What you don't see ...just out of the frame of
the picture, are cans of hair spray.
Some of us used it ... others didn't.
I don't think Joy Emory knew about our secret.
